This application is an effective tool to help you memorize Scripture. It provides a system for building lists of verses and cementing them in your memory. The key is to not immediately try to memorize them, but to read them according to a daily schedule. The application automates this system for you. The system is as follows:

When a verse is added, the first four days follow this schedule:
1st day: read 25 times
2nd day: read 20 times
3rd day: read 15 times
4th day: read 10 times

Then:
Once per day for 45 days
Then:
Once per week for 7 weeks
Finally:
Review once per month

The application will track your progress automatically, and let you know which verses are due for each day.
